About The Role
Nutra Holdings is seeking an experienced sales professional to own and grow our club and mass retail business across brands including Transparent Labs and Jacked Factory. You will expand distribution, strengthen buyer relationships and drive profitable sales across new and existing accounts.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will lead account planning, new business development, retailer presentations and negotiations. You will partner with category, marketing, sales operations and supply chain teams to turn retail opportunities into successful launches and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build account growth plans. Develop annual plans with revenue, distribution, assortment, promotional investment and profitability targets. Track performance against plan and take action to close gaps.
- Win new business. Identify and pursue club and mass opportunities, secure buyer meetings, lead pitches and manage the sales process from initial contact through launch.
- Own buyer relationships. Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts. Lead business reviews, category reviews and line reviews, and maintain clear follow-through on commitments.
- Expand existing accounts. Secure additional SKUs, doors, regional placements and merchandising opportunities using sales results, consumer insights and category data to support recommendations.
- Develop retailer proposals. Partner with category and marketing teams on assortment recommendations, presentations and launch plans tailored to each retailer’s shopper, category priorities and commercial requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations. Develop and negotiate pricing, promotional funding and trade terms within approved margin and investment guidelines. Evaluate the impact of freight, fees, deductions and returns on account profitability.
- Build club programs. Work with internal teams on club-specific pack sizes, pricing and value propositions. Develop regional tests and limited-time programs, monitor warehouse performance and build the case for repeat orders and broader distribution.
- Drive performance after launch. Monitor sell-through, units per store or warehouse per week, inventory and replenishment. Identify risks early and lead actions to improve availability and sales.
- Own account forecasts. Maintain forecasts that reflect base business, promotions, new listings and launch timing. Partner with supply chain to communicate demand changes and inventory risks.
- Plan effective promotions. Build promotional calendars with retailer and marketing partners. Assess sales lift, spending and return on investment to improve future programs.
- Coordinate retail execution. Partner with sales operations and supply chain on item setup, packaging requirements, launch readiness and timely, in-full delivery. Follow through on customer issues and escalate risks promptly.
- Represent our brands. Attend buyer meetings, trade shows and account events to develop relationships, identify opportunities and support account growth.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of progressive CPG sales or national account management experience, including direct commercial responsibility for mass and/or club retailers.
- Demonstrated success winning new listings, expanding distribution and growing retail accounts, with clear examples of your personal contribution and results.
- Experience directly managing buyers and merchants, leading retailer presentations and category reviews, and negotiating commercial terms.
- Experience with major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club or Target. Hands-on club experience, including regional tests, limited-time programs or warehouse expansion, is highly valued.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, including retailer margin, trade spending, promotional ROI and account profitability.
- Ability to interpret retailer POS, inventory and category data and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
- Experience developing account forecasts and coordinating launches with marketing, sales operations and supply chain teams.
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with the organization and follow-through to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using retailer reporting platforms and sales planning tools.
